Originally from New York, I have worked as a private chef in LA and in Denver since 2015 for entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and various individuals in the entertainment industry. My passion for the transformative impact of food was ignited when I experienced a significant change in my appearence and mental capacity within just 30 days by altering my diet. This led me to pursue a certification in Holistic Health and attend culinary school at Johnson and Wales University. Deepening my knowledge, I then became a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist as I began preparing meals for professional athletes. Recognizing the vital role nutrition plays in extending their careers and enhancing performance, I saw a clear need for my service in this demographic.
I expanded my services to include catering events and retreats, inspired by the profound impact of thoughtfully curated food on enhancing the overall experience and journey of attendees.
I am a passionate, big hearted individual with a strong sense of integrity, curiosity, and extensive travel experience. I have a deep appreciation for elegance as well as getting my hands dirty. My dedication lies in safeguarding and enriching the lifestyles of individuals on both a biochemical and palatable level.
Confession: I was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do in high school, I am obsessed with particular Japanese Animes (Naruto), I thrive on learning languages and cold plunger longer than one should for the mental challenge. My favorite word and food is cake. I love cake. I want to host a party where every room is filled with cakes.
