Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄4 plus a pinch salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened nut milk
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the avocado oil and vanilla, and the nut milk, mix well with your clean hands.
- On a parchment lined baking try, scoop the dough with a large ice cream scooper and place them evenly apart and lightly press down with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, take out let cool then serve or store.
