Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • Toasted nut of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of chili flakes

Preparation:

  1. Wash and de-stem the kale, tear into pieces of roughly chop.
  2. Put the kale into a bowl, scoop the avocado into it, squeeze the lemon, add the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, and gently message all the ingredients into the kale.
  3. Serve and sprinkle with toasted nuts of choice and chili flakes

Tips:

  • Increase the lemon juice and avocado for a brighter, creamier taste and texture.
