Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped kale
- ½ avocado
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ lemon squeezed
- Toasted nut of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of chili flakes
Preparation:
- Wash and de-stem the kale, tear into pieces of roughly chop.
- Put the kale into a bowl, scoop the avocado into it, squeeze the lemon, add the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, and gently message all the ingredients into the kale.
- Serve and sprinkle with toasted nuts of choice and chili flakes
Tips:
- Increase the lemon juice and avocado for a brighter, creamier taste and texture.
